3rd Eye Candling & Reiki
What is 3rd eye candling and reiki healing?
Our practitioner, Anna is trained in the 5 principals of reiki healing and ear candling. In this double modality session Anna, uses her hands which are placed over your chakra centres where universal energy is moved into your body. The channeled energy may assist to move negative energy out of your body, grounding you and making you feel clearer and centred. The negative energy people often suffer from is stress, anxiety, and muscle tension and reiki may benefit these concerns. Once reiki has been completed Anna then uses one candle over your 3rd eye area and allows the candle to draw out what may be blocking your 3rd eye.
What to expect during a reiki session?
As the client, you will always remain fully clothed for the duration of the session. You will lay on a comfortable massage table with a blanket placed over your body to keep you warm. Our practitioner, Anna will then tune into your energy and begin to use the candle to clear your 3rd eye and then resets your body before reiki takes place.
Once finished with the candle, meditative music gently play as you begin to ease your mind when Anna starts a 'meditative journey', with you to guide you into your 'scared space' where she will leave you. Anna then begins Reiki by placing her hands gently on your chakra energy centres. During Reiki, crystals are applied over your energy centres to clear and balance your aura. Sometimes a pendulum is used to encourage energy flow in an area.
How do people feel after a session of reiki and 3rd eye candling?
Most people, during Reiki report feeling a radiating warmth from our practitioner’s hands but it can also be cool as well, and sometimes your head feels lighter as the energy works its magic. Everyone has a different experience when they are open minded. Often people state they feel light in the head and less pressure.
