Preparations and Conditions for Womb Healing and Shamanic Healing

  • Sessions are not offered to pregnant women.

  • It is best to avoid consumption of caffeine prior to your journey and eat lightly before your session.

  • It is helpful to minimise commitments post womb healing or shamanic healing, take time out for you.

  • Its is very important to keep your body warm, drink lots of water after the session, and include lots of healthy warm food such as broths, soups, teas, cooked veggies as examples.

  • This herbal-infused oil is carefully prepared to ensure it contains the full spectrum of the herbs' benefits.

Massage Session:
