Sidney is a qualified yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for a number of years.
Sidney teaches in the MIT hall located at 8 Mansfield St, just behind the St Mary’s Primary School, 2m from High St. The space can be reached via Thornbury Train Station, Number 86 Tram or parking in Mansfield Street.
