This treatment weaves together the restorative power of herbs, cupping therapy and herbal wisdom with spiritual connection.
Anna meets with you in a beautiful healing space where you will feel safe and secure to begin the healing process. Anna will go through some questions about the process to make sure all clays and herbs are complementary for your skin.
During the session you’ll experience a deeply nurturing bodywork session where your body will go through a sea salt scrub, and then depending on your aliments Anna will carefully curate herbal blends with particular clays to then apply on to your body. Once your body is warm and nurtured then Anna begins working your face and feet. During which time the herbs are infusing into your body deeply healing and nourishing you.
Anna, gently removes the herbal clay and begins a lymphatic massage treatment, using cups, hot stones and other tools to support circulation, releasing tension, and restoring the body’s balance.
Keeping in mind when Anna is using these herbs, they are more than just plants — they carry the memory of generations, offering their natural ability to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and uplift the spirit.
As the treatment unfolds, you are invited to connect inwardly, honouring your own story of what needs to be seen while being supported by the ancient wisdom of the herbs. Faith, intention, and the energy of somatic release work in harmony to create not just physical relief, but a sense of grounding and renewal.
This is more than a treatment; it is a journey back to the roots of healing, blending ancestral herbal knowledge with deep body therapy to leave you feeling restored, realigned, and reconnected to yourself.
