A magical, intuitive ritual designed to support relaxation, reflection, connection and your personal wellbeing.
Curated and facilitated by Chrissi, every session is unique. Guided by intuition, ancestral wisdom and universal energies, Chrissi weaves together a personalised combination of ritual, energy work and magical practices to create a nurturing space for you to pause, reconnect and receive whatever you may need in the moment.
A Reiki healing and Sacred Alchemy session may offer you a wonderful feeling to:

There is no particular way you need to feel or anything you need to achieve. Simply come as you are and allow the experience to unfold.
What to expect.
Introduction and Intention Setting
Chrissi will begin by checking in with you about what has brought you to the session and anything you would like to focus on or receive support with.
She’ll explain the process, answer any questions and make sure you feel comfortable and at ease before beginning.
The Ritual
The session begins with the creation of a safe and intentional space in which the ritual can unfold.
You’ll spend most of the session relaxing comfortably on the massage table while Chrissi intuitively works with one or more of the following:
Besom
Candles
Crystals
Humming, singing, chanting and spoken word
Incense
Moon water
Oracle & Tarot cards
Reiki
Symbols & mantras
Tibetan singing bowl
Other ritual tools as intuitively guided
At times, you may be invited to sit or stand as part of the experience, but you’ll always be guided through what is happening.
Closing and Reflection
Once the ritual is complete, Chrissi will gently bring the session to a close and open the circle.
You’ll then have some quiet time to reflect on your experience and share anything that came up for you.
Chrissi will also share any intuitive impressions, imagery, messages or insights she experienced during the ritual, offering them as gentle invitations for your own reflection rather than fixed interpretations.
Every session is different because you are different. Reiki Healing and Sacred Alchemy is a space to rest, reconnect and explore — with curiosity, openness and without expectation.
