What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness that harnesses the body’s own innate ability to heal itself with the aid of natural remedies, nutritional counselling, and lifestyle changes. Working with you to address your health concerns, our Naturopaths will use various assessment techniques and natural treatments to restore balance and harmony, giving you the best possible quality of life and assist in the prevention of disease.
Initial Naturopathic Consultation
The first consultation includes a holistic analysis of your case and your health concerns, looking into medical/family history, current symptoms, diet, medications and lifestyle. Pathology testing may be required. After questioning, an individualised treatment plan will be created to alleviate the client’s symptoms but most importantly to offer a long term resolution targeting the root cause of disease. This plan will mostly consist of dietary and lifestyle adjustments, as well as a script for herbal & nutritional supplementation.
Extended Naturopathic Consultation
The first follow up consultation to assess treatment response in the early stages. Any concerns and questions will be addressed. If need be, pathology testing results will be reviewed.
Standard Naturopathic Consulation
A 45 minute follow up consultation reassessing progress, response to treatment and prescribed supplements and make changes if need be.
Short Naturopathic Consulation
A 30 minute follow up consultation continuing progress, refilling script and adjusting treatment protocols to stay on track. Monthly check ups required for maintaining long term results.
