1. Limiting beliefs: Your limiting beliefs is what can hold you back, so identifying and eradicating the limiting beliefs to rewriting more empowering stories to propelling you forward on your journey towards purpose and fulfillment.

2. Healing the Shadow: The shadow side is what can keep you falling back into negative patterns, so we'll delve deep into healing the shadows, transforming them into growth.

3. Identity Shift: Your identity is a powerful force that shapes your actions and decisions. We'll focus on shifting your identity ‘to who you need to be’ in allowing you to evolve into that powerful version of yourself.

4. Alignment: Your values serve as your compass, leading you towards a life that resonates with your authentic self. We'll work together to identify your passions and beliefs aligning them with your core values.

5. Discovering your Purpose: Your purpose is your reason for being. We'll work on liberating you from external expectations and empower you to live authentically, from a place of purpose and fulfillment.

Because I embrace a holistic approach to coaching and understand the complexity of being human, I believe that genuine transformation encompasses every aspect of your life including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. So your 3 months coaching container will look like:

Inclusive of in-between session support.

8x Coaching sessions

3x Spiritual Alchemy sessions 

1x Soul Plan Reading session

1x Reiki Healing session

You're either all in for a one-time investment of $3,500 AUD Or you can opt in for a 13 weekly payment plan of $269.25 AUD Or if you need to discuss another payment plan option please inform Sakuna via the application form. The choice is yours, and so is the journey!
