What is your favourite modality in your services?

This is a really hard question to answer, because I am equally passionate about all three of my modalities. But the one I am constantly in awe with must be Spiritual Alchemy. This is because it goes in to so many layers and depths of our being, and healing all aspects of life, from past lives, our ancestral linage, our subconscious limiting beliefs, fears, and doubts, and alchemising all the blocks we may have in all our energetic fields such as mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual so we are able to live in our manifestations. And I have always found that is can be easy to manifest in some areas of our life, and others not so easy. I never knew why that was the case until I started my training in Spiritual Alchemy and discovered that we have resistances that’s preventing us from experiencing our manifestations. So, it’s really cool that we are able to heal and work on those blocks. And I love that I get to utilise my coaching abilities in this modality too and coach and empower clients to remove their own blocks and heal themselves.

Can you share your journey with Life Purpose Coaching?

I was a High School teacher for 7 years, and I always knew that I was born to be a teacher, it was like an intrinsic knowing. But I knew that a school wasn’t the right environment for me, and I didn’t have access in knowing what else was available. I soon found myself always being my students and my family and friends go to person whenever they needed support and guidance. So, I decided I was going to study my Masters in Holistic Counselling and Coaching because I wasn’t legally qualified to support anyone at the time, they came to me. I soon found a knew sense of purpose in my life, something that truly aligned with my values, my personality, my big vision of my life! But I had limiting beliefs I needed to work on for me to leave teaching and transition as a full time Coach. That was when I was on my way to Thornbury Apothecary to meet with a client and got into a terrible car crash. That incident was the catalyst for me to make a big decision in my life to really step into alignment with my purpose. I decided that I was specially going to be a Life Purpose Coach, to guide people in silencing their self-doubts, finding their purpose, and living fearlessly from that place.

Describe your experience preparing for a Reiki Healing with a client

I always come to work early to set up the bed and cleanse it, including the chair they sit in the beginning of the treatment. This is usually done with a singing bowl as I collect any old energies that may be lingering. I then chant the Reiki symbols and draw them out with my fingers on all the walls in the room, including the floor and ceiling. A protective dome of light is created over the room as I set the intention to have that last until the treatment is over. I spray the room with a beautiful and calm scent, so my clients feel relaxed the moment they enter. Calming and uplifting music is always played as I wait at the reception desk and meditate until my client arrives for their treatment. We then enter a room together and discuss their intentions for having Reiki Healing, then they fill out a client intake form. I go over explaining what Reiki healing is and the beautiful loving impact it has on people. The client then lays on the Reiki bed as I place the blanket over them and a supporting pillow under their knees. I use the singing bowl to cleanse their energy and begin a guided meditation depending on what their intention is, to help them feel centered. Afterwards I begin a chakra balance followed by the Reiki healing. We then debrief after their treatment, and I offer them any other support they may need.
