Can you share your journey with your modality?

I had been feeling a pull to study Reiki from about 2017, and it finally aligned in 2020. It came to me in a synchronistic way, at the perfect time. At the time. I was staying on an energetically powerful land, where I worked through lots of trauma. I was so energetically sensitive that I genuinely didn’t know how I was going to move through this world. Reiki has supported me so much in managing my energetic sensitivities. Initially, I didn’t feel called to practise on people, even after months of practicing on friends. However, the more I practised, the more my connection to Reiki energy deepened and I could see how beneficial and supportive it was for others. Psychic messages also began to come through in sessions. That is when I made the decision to offer it professionally, so I could support more people.

How do you stay healthy in order for you to perform your modality?

I practise as a Psychic Medium, Energy Healer and work several days a week with children with disabilities. I’m also an incredibly energetically sensitive and a neurodivergent person with many sensory needs. Because so much of my work requires space holding and a lot of channeling, it’s paramount that I’m prioritising self-care daily. Constantly checking in with myself to make sure I’m not overextending, and practising strong personal and energetic boundaries. I have a strong energetic protection and hygiene practice, where I use about 7 tools every day. I have a solid morning practice of energy clearing, yoga and meditation every day. When I’m not working, I’ll often switch to a Nokia phone too and spend lots of time in nature.

What is your goal for your treatment?

With all the services I offer, my intention is always to support people to remember the unconditional love and power within themselves.
