What is your goal of your treatment for your clients?

I align my goals with my client's goals. The purpose of naturopathy is to facilitate healing and return the body, mind and spirit to balance.

Can you describe the process of your treatment?

Each treatment is tailored for my client's current state of health, their capabilities, and lifestyle, in order to help them achieve their desired goals.

Do you offer any follow-up support after the treatment?

After a consultation, clients receive their individual treatment plan and prescription if needed. I'm available to clients for any queries relating to their treatment. Follow-up consults are also available to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

What is your favourite treatment to receive for yourself?

Personally, I love massage therapy, it's the one thing I can't do for myself!

How do you stay healthy in order for you to perform your modality?

I start the day with a big glass of hot water with a quarter slice of lemon to support the liver, pH balance, and hydration. I aim for at least 2L of water every day. I ensure each meal includes protein and healthy fats. I also supplement with herbs, probiotics, and nutraceuticals when I need to.
