Allow the soothing vibrations of the bowls to calm your nervous system, release tension, and restore balance to mind and body. Sound Bowl Meditation class is held once a month on Fridays. Join us for one deeply restorative hour, and step into the weekend feeling relaxed, grounded, and renewed.
