What to Expect During a Shiatsu Massage Session?
During a shiatsu massage, you will be asked to lie on a large floor mat where Duncan will apply pressure with his fingers, palms, elbows, and knees to specific points on your body. It is best to wear loose-fitting clothing so that Duncan can easily access your acupuncture points around your back, neck, head and legs.
A shiatsu massage typically lasts for 60 minutes. However, Duncan our practitioner may recommend a shorter or longer session based on your individual needs.
