A flowery blend of chamomile subtly blended with organic herbs which may assist in restful sleep.

Ingredients: Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata). Sugarfree and no additives.
Origin: Many
Brewing: 1tsp per 250ml of hot water, let it stand for 3 -4 mins, have it black with a dash of honey.
Storage: away from odors in a cool dry place.
