An empowering night to promote your sense of integrity, creativity, & authenticity.
Who can attend: This ceremony welcomes everyone and anyone in need of a self empowerment and healing.
What happens: The workshop's intention is to support you in exploring your sense of integrity, creativity, and authenticity. We will share with you the meaning of your Throat Chakra, the blockages and accessible tools on how to activate it. We will also take you on a beautiful journey through guided meditation, immerse you in the vibrations of sound baths and restore you with a Heart Chakra reiki healing. To end the night we will journal and reflect on our blockages to create room for change.
When is this on: Sunday evening at 1.30pm on August 27th . Please arrive 5 minutes before door closes for a 1.30pm sharp start.
Where is the location: Oktopia in Thornbury, off High Street. Parking is available, along with a near by Tram Line ( Route 86), and Thornbury Train Station. Please contact Anna if you are running late or lost on 0421726864.

Who are the facilitators: Anna is the owner and founder of Stella Light and Healing. Anna has been practicing for the last 7 years alongside her teaching practice. Creating Stella's Light Healing has transformed Anna’s life in ways she could have never imagined and it continues to evolve each and every day. Stella's Light Healing is an intrinsic part of Anna’s identity. In 2015, when Anna returned to her mother country she had learned that healing and intuition were passed from her grandparents on both sides of the family to her. Anna is honoured that she gets to share this gift with those that come for ear candling, cupping, or reiki healing.
Sakuna is the owner and founder of UNDO-U. Sakuna is a qualified Advanced Reiki Practitioner and a Meditation Therapist. Sakuna, is deeply connected to her intuition and works to address areas of much needed care and attention during her sessions. Having experienced her own healing journey and spiritual emergence, she has a variety of knowledge and experiences to share with you. Sakuna, believes that everyone is a healer, and she will work with your unique strengths to harness and uncover your abilities, so you will always align with your authentic self.
