Who can attend: This workshop welcomes everyone and anyone in need of self empowerment and healing to start anew for 2024.
What happens: During this workshop we are going to explore your intentions for 2024 by reflecting over the last year and manifesting the changes required. We will do a number of fun activities to teach you how to create vision boards, write manifestations and interpret oracle cards through symbols and colours. We will support you in learning how to let go of what no longer serves you, as you set new intentions. To end the afternoon you will be guided through a beautiful meditation with vibrations of sound baths, connecting you closer to the spiritual realm.
When is this on: Sunday afternoon at 1.30pm till 3:30pm on 21st of January 2024. Please arrive 10 minutes before door closes for a 1.30pm sharp start.
Where is the location: Oktopia Studios in Thornbury. The studio is 5m from High St on Flinders Street, behind Thornbury Apothecary. Parking is available, along with a near by Tram Line (Route 86), and Thornbury Train Station. Please contact Anna if you are running late or lost on 0421726864.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along the following; A Pillow, Eye mask, Water bottle, Small Blanket, and Pen and a note book.
Who is the facilitator: Anna is the owner and founder of Stella Light Healing and Thornbury Apothecary. Anna has been practicing for the last 10 years and teaching meditation class alongside her practice. Creating Stella's Light Healing and Thornbury Apothecary has transformed Anna’s life in ways she could have never imagined and it continues to evolve each and every day.
