Friday Sound Bowl Meditation Class

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Cost: $30

BYO: Blankets, pillows and water bottle - anything to keep you comfortable. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided.

Doors open at 7:15 pm and then locked at 7:30pm to begin the meditation class. The class finishes at approximately 8:30pm. As everyone arrives, we settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy a wonderful relaxing sound bowl meditation!
